Pour 6 personnes:
- 240g de boulghour
- 1 poivron
- 4 tomates
- 2 blancs de poulet
- 1kg de courgette
- 1cs de curcuma
- 1 cs de coriande en poudre
- piment, sel, poivre selon convenance
Temps de préparation: 15 min
Temps de cuisson: 20min
Réalisation:
- Couper les légumes et la viande en petits cubes en les gardant bien séparé.
- Faire cuire le boulghour selon le mode d’emploi du sachet (environ 8min dans l’eau bouillante)
- dans une sauteuse faire revenir le poivron et le poulet, quand ils sont bien cuit ajouter les tomates et verser les épices. Poursuivez la cuisson quelques minutes et réserver.
- Faire revenir les courgettes 5 min dans la sauteuse, puis ajouter le boulghour bien égoutté et le poulet au poivron.
- poursuivre la cuisson 5min, rectifier l’assaisonnement puis servir bien chaud.
Petits conseils:
- Pour une version végétarienne on peut mettre du tofu à la place du poulet et ajouter des pois chiches.
